Satan's babble continues.
1 Timothy 3.1 This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.
2A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
3Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous;
4One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;
5(For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)
6Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil.
7Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
8Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre;
9Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.
10And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless.
11Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.
12Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
13For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus.
1 Timothy 3.1 The following statement is the Truth: "A man who desires the office of a bishop desires a good work." 2Therefore, I issue the following commandments to bishops.
Thou shalt not ever have been accused of doing something wrong, [which, of course, excludes all of God's children because people from every which way falsely accuse us. In addition, Paul is again commanding Christians to be people-pleasers, and thus, codependent as Hell].
Thou shalt be the husband of one wife, [which of course excludes Jesus, the disciple John, any of God's unmarried prophets, and females from being "good enough" to qualify as a Christian bishop. By the way, bishop of Rome, how come you don't obey this commandment? Oh, you prefer to obey Paul's commandments which are directly opposed to these commandments, eh? What a surprise.]
Thou shalt be vigilant. Stay awake! Be alert! Watch out for danger! [Considering Paul IS Satan-in-the-flesh, his Christyins certainly didn't obey that commandment.]
Thou shalt be a sober, serious, subdued, restrained, and an emotionless killjoy. [Sadly, too many did obey that commandment, however.]
Thou shalt be of good behavior.
Thou shalt be hospitable so I'll have a free place to stay and eat when I come to visit you. Heh-heh.
Thou shalt be apt to teach.
3Thou shalt not be addicted to wine.
Thou shalt not physically attack other people.
Thou shalt not be greedy for money like I am, because money is filthy, you know. Thus, thou shalt get rid of all that filthy stuff by giving all your filthy profits to me. Heh-heh.
Thou shalt be patient.
Thou shalt not brawl like I do. Heh-heh.
Thou shalt not covet like I do. Heh-heh.
4Thou shalt do a good job of ruling over your own family. Yes, thou shalt be a control freak.
Thou shalt subject your children to your authority with all gravity. 5After all, if a man doesn't know how to dominate his own family members, how shall he rule over the church of God? Yea, thou shalt be a control freak.
6Thou shalt be experienced in bossing other people around, too, lest being lifted up with pride like I am, you fall into the condemnation of the devil, me. Heh-heh.
7Moreover, thou shalt have a good report of those people who are not Christians lest you fall into the reproach and snare of the devil. Yes, thou shalt be a people-pleaser. If people don't go around writing reports of what a nice guy you are, you are not allowed to be a bishop in MY church. So there!
Aside from the blasphemies already cited regarding Paul's commandments, verse 5 is especially repugnant. It isn't just that Paul was seducing his Christians into being control freaks, but he suckering them into believing that parents ought to always have control over their children's behaviors. Then when children perform rotten behaviors, many or most Christians blame those children's parents. And therein was Paul infecting the Christian mind with the belief that when children go astray, their parents are "BAD, BAD, BAD!" for not making their children act right. All the while, I am responsible for my behavior; you are responsible for your's. Our behaviors stem from the choices we make. When children make the wrong choices, their parents are rarely to blame.
Today's epidemic of Satan-worship and alcohol and drug abuse among American youths provides a perfect example of insane behaviors that result from the children's, not the parents,' choices. And once a youngster becomes addicted to mood- and mind-altering chemicals -- including adrenaline -- that youngster is powerless over his dis-ease of addiction. Since the victim of the disease is himself powerless over his addiction/s, how on earth do you people think his parents are going to be able to control it?
Addicted people need treatment wherein each is taught that he has so many more choices to which he was previously blind. Each patient must then willfully choose for himself to make better choices. And in the vast majority of cases, each person must be given assignments that enable him to see for himself how often his harmful choices stemmed from his having given other people control over himself before he becomes willing to stop making the wrong choices.
The bottom line is that blaming parents for the rotten behaviors of their children is often OBSCENE! Adults can be beautiful parents and yet have a child whose behaviors are way out of line, while other adults can be rotten parents and yet have beautifully behaved children.
.8 Likewise, I issue the following commandments to Christian deacons.
Thou shalt be grave.
Thou shalt not be doubletongued staggering back and forth issuing commandments that war against each other like I do. Heh-heh.
Thou shalt not drink much wine like I do.
Thou shalt not be greedy for money like I am, because working for profit is a filthy thing to do, you know.
9Thou shalt hold on to believing the great mysteries of the Christian religion even when my great mysteries are proven to be hogwash. Heh-heh.
Thou shalt have a pure conscience when you hold onto the mysteries of the Christian religion, which is impossible. Heh-heh.
10Thou shalt first be proven to be loyal to the mystery of the Christian religion.
Then thou shalt use the office of a deacon. Thou shalt use it only after you have been found blameless of any wrongdoing, however. Walk around on eggs hiding your sins, you suckers! Heh-heh.
11Thou shalt be married to a grave wife.
What a nimwad, for according to Paul, Jesus, His disciple John, none of God's unmarried prophets, nor any female would qualify as being "good enough" to be a Christian deacon. What is funny is that neither would the bashelor Paul.
And to the wives of Christian deacons, I issue the following commandments.
Thou shalt be grave. No jocularity allowed!
Thou shalt not be a slanderer.
Thou shalt be a sober sourpuss.
Thou shalt be faithful to me, the Christian religion, and your husband in all things no matter how bossy and abusive your husband becomes.
12 Oops. I almost forgot to issue the following commandments to Christian deacons.
Thou shalt be the husband of one wife only.
Thou shalt rule your children and all members of your household well. Yes, I command you again, "Thou shalt be a control freak."
13Thou shalt purchase a good degree for yourself so that you can use your office well. [Therein was Paul subliminally promoting simony -- the selling of church offices so historically epidemic within Christianity, especially Roman Catholicism.]
Thou shalt express great boldness when defending and protecting the beliefs of the religion of Christianity, because Christianity is in Christ Jesus.
Not. When one sees Paul repeatedly issuing his number one commandment, "Thou shalt NOT obey God's commandments!" and then watches him turn around to subliminally issue all his anti-God commandments, Paul's blasphemies are viewed far more clearly. What a fiend.
