Thus Saith Paul

Romans Chapter Twelve

What Gifts . . .

by Nikki

Romans 12:1-3 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. :2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. :3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

What does Paul mean by "your reasonable service?"  As you will see, as we continue this study, Paul means service to the CHURCH- in the manner which PAUL ordained, but yet which Yahshua DID NOT.  I'll get to this in great detail later on.  Though very hard to discern, the true message of Paul in that statement about presenting your body as a living sacrifice, is not what it seems at all, but rather, a cunning way to cause all his adherants to become SLAVES to the apostate system of worship he founded, and built his empire upon.

Indeed, we are not to be OF this world but rather, to be in it and NOT OF it, since the Kingdom of Heaven is not of this world.  John said:

I John 2:15-17 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. :16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. :17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

It's wonderful advice Paul gives, but does Paul actually mean what he seems to mean?  No. In studying all the previous eleven chapters of Romans, it's clear Paul does not speak the same language Yahshua spoke, nor that John spoke.  Instead, Paul means that whoever follows PAUL is going to know what the "good and acceptable will of God" is.  John is a wonderful Apostle, not only because he personally walked with and was taught by Yahshua, but because in John's epistles we find many clues as to who the antichrist is.  Antichrist does (is) the following, according to John:

I John 2:18-19 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. :19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

Through John, we learn that there were many wannabe prophets, preachers, teachers, and of course, even apostles of the Lamb, who were not genuine but in fact, were antichrist.  They had most probably been amongst the masses who had been with Yahshua and had heard His teachings, but didn't truly hear them, nor see.  Instead, they saw the opportunity to take what they heard and make names for themselves and gain followings of their own.  What would motivate these individuals who had LEFT the true apostles and went OUT from them?  John calls them antichrists.  The term, antichrist, means instead of or in place of, but also against.

We learn from John, even more about how we know these antichrists are not really of the "true vine," in the following verses:

I John 2:22-26 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. :23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. :24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. :25 And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life. 26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.

How do we continue in BOTH the Father and the Son?  John gives us even more information:

I John 2:29 If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness is born of him.

It's Yahweh's will that we believe in the Son whom He has sent, and whom He also testified of in the law and the prophets. It's the will of Yahshua, that we keep the Father's commandments as He had kept His Father's commandments. Here, we have a wealth of information pertaining to how we know if someone is genuinely of the Lamb, or an imposter/antichrist.  John also says:

I John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

Both Yahshua Himself and John have made clear what the "good and acceptable will of God" is: It's to keep the commandments of Yahweh and to abide in the WORDS OF YAHSHUA.  How can both Yahshua and John say that sin is the transgressing of Yahweh's law, yet PAUL can say whoever is of the works of the law, is CURSED?  It's simple.  Paul was an antichrist.  It's very clear in light of John's revelations concerning what antichrists are.  John further says the following:

I John 3:6-10 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. :7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. :8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. :9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. :10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. We know, from accounts given in Acts and Timothy, that the true Apostles did not believe Paul was a disciple of Yahshua, but we also learn that he was rejected by all of Asia.

Acts 9:26 And when Saul was come to Jerusalem, he assayed to join himself to the disciples: but they were all afraid of him, and believed not that he was a disciple.

II Timothy 1:15 This thou knowest, that all they which are in Asia be turned away from me; of whom are Phygellus and Hermogenes

It's my assumption that John was part of the Jerusalem assembly.  If he was or wasn't shouldn't rightfully matter since John's following words are presented to all Yahshua's followers:

I John 2:20-21 But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things. :21 I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth.

It's a lie, first and foremost, to teach and preach that the law of Yahweh is abolished, dead and brings one into bondage, rather than to preach the truth, as Yahshua did, that whoever breaks the LEAST of Yahweh's commandments, and teaches others to do so, is called LEAST in the kingdom of Heaven.  Paul taught that the commandments (law of Yahweh) was just our "schoolmaster" and now that Yahshua had come, died and resurrected, we can simply live by grace alone, and no longer need worry about actually obeying Yahweh's commandments.

The disciples in Jerusalem did not accept nor believe Saul/Paul was a true disciple, because like John said, "YOU HAVE AN UNCTION FROM THE HOLY ONE AND YOU KNOW ALL THINGS!"  They therefore KNEW that Saul was an imposter, not only by his works (being THE original persecuter of the followers of Yahshua) but also by his WORDS, as John reminds us, "NO LIE IS OF THE TRUTH."

Paul complains in II Timothy, that all of ASIA has rejected him.  Ephesus is one of the seven ASIAN assemblies which Yahshua addressed in the letters to the angels of these assemplies, through John, but here's what Yahshua commends the Ephesian assembly for:

Revelation 2:2-3 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: :3 And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

Though Paul has said not to live for the world- to have a renewed mind and to prove what is the good and acceptable will of Yahweh, he is talking, yet again, with his forked tongue.  We can't know the will of Yahweh if we do not abide in the Word of His Son, Yahshua Ha Machiyach.  In fact, John said:

I John 2:3-6 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. :4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. :5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. :6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.

Right there, we see there's a problem with Paul's above statement then, since Paul preaches that whoever is of the works of the law, is accursed.  The law of Yahweh is the same today at it always has been, therefore nobody can be doing His will, unless they keep it.  This doesn't mean keeping the ceremonial/sacrificial rituals, but it does mean we are still supposed to keep Yahweh's commandments. Furthermore, without the Word of Life IN US, our minds are not renewed at all, but instead, we become brainwashed adherants to these antichrists who LEFT the true vine to gather souls for the fire! Please Read Romans 11 for more about this.

    Romans 12:6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;

Here is an example of some of Paul's vain ideas.  He is saying that we each have giftings according to the level of grace we've been given.  At first glance, this sounds innocent but when you open your eyes and SEE you see the way he is cleverly causing division amongst believers.  He is again, so sly, it's almost impossible to catch this, unless you're like me, and you're looking for it.

The entire Christian monster is brainwashed into thinking they are full of special spiritual gifts that nobody else has.  Again, sounds like I'm nit-picking but a little leaven REALLY DOES spoil the entire lump.  Remember how Elijah was sent to Israel to prophesy AGAINST the High Priestess Jezebel and all her 450 followers, whom Yahweh called the FALSE prophets of BAAL?  It was Elijah- one man, against 450 liars, all wanting to be prophets yet utterly deceived by the false prophetess Jezebel, who did exactly the same thing PAUL DID:  Seduced the children of Isreal to BREAK the commandments of Yahweh.  We should take a lesson from history.

Let's take a deeper look at the gifts Paul says believers have- albeit, not all of us have them all, and of course, they are given according to how graceful Yahshua feels like being.  The first one he mentions is prophecy.  He then says we should prophecy according to how faithful we are.  This leaves the vaccuum wide open to suck in all sorts of wannabe prophets, seers and revelators, into thinking if they just BELIEVE they are prophets, they will be!  This is WRONG.  Why?  Here is why:

Revelation 19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Yahshua: worship Yahweh: for the testimony of Yahshua is the spirit of prophecy.

How on earth can anyone prophecy if they don't even have the testimony of Yahshua, which is: "WORSHIP YAHWEH?"   It's THIS testimony that IS the Spirit of Prophecy as Yahshua testified of His Father in Heaven and said that whoever BELIEVES HIS WORD and abides in HIS WORDS and DOES the will of Yahweh, is a child of the kingdom.  If someone is not living according to the WORD OF LIFE, which is the WORD of Yahweh, which IS SPIRIT AND TRUTH, then HOW ON EARTH can they prophecy of the anything having to do with the TRUTH?  They can't.  What they can be though, is totally deceived in their own imaginations, especially if they cannot see through PAUL'S tactic.  His tactic is evident:  By the "gifts" one displays, the HIERARCHY is set in place- one-up-man-ship in the church of the apostates.

To be IN YAHSHUA, is to be in His Word and HIM indwelling us, by the Holy Ghost/Comforter/Helper who does what?  The Holy Ghost TESTIFIES OF YAHSHUA- and it's this TESTIMONY OF YAHSHUA which IS the Spirit of prophecy.  It's not someone laying hands on you and deciding YOU should be a prophet or a teacher or preacher or whatever position they feel like sticking you in, within their little hierarchy, that makes you able to prophecy.  NO.  It's having the Spirit of Truth/Holy Ghost within you, that does in and through you, whatsoever Yahweh will.  This is what the church never seems to be able to grasp.  This is also why Paul is able to smoke the masses, via his writings, century after century- it's because  of the following:

John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Without believing and receiving the WORD OF LIFE, we can't HAVE the Spirit of Truth in us, since the Spirit of Truth is the LIFE of the Spirit of Yahweh.  This is why the WORLD cannot receive the Spirit of Truth/Holy Ghost.  The world, as Yahshua has said HATES HIS WORDS.  Why doesn't Paul speak the WORDS of Yahshua or teach the SAYINGS of Yahshua, but instead, distorts them and adds his own?  It's because Paul was not a true apostle of the Lamb and therefore, HATES THE WORDS Yahshua spoke, yet twists and distorts them for his own purposes: his purpose being, to DECEIVE.

Romans 12:7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;

Here is where the masses get their wrong belief that we need to go be TAUGHT by some TEACHER of the Pauline gospel of lawlessness.  WE DON'T NEED ANY MAN TO TEACH US when we have THE TEACHER living inside of us.  But yet, whether evident to you or not, this very idea that some are gifted to be teachers is a lie.  Why?  Here is why:

John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Please do not mistake FELLOWSHIPPING with other like-minded believers, as consisting of ONE MAN standing before the congregation, TEACHING them all what HE THINKS IS THE WORD OF LIFE.  No.  Fellowship is like a family.  Each family member has as much importance as any other, in a truly unified and loving family.  Parents guide their children but their children won't learn a thing, no matter how much talking goes on, unless they SEE the good example of the parents.  Same with fellowship.  If someone has something to contribute that would edify the rest, then let them contribute it by LIVING IT and not standing up in front of everyone else, lording it over them, then taking up a collection of the listeners' hard earned cash!  That is NOT fellowship.  That is disgusting.

Further reasons why having TEACHERS (or those who think they're gifted to be teachers) are the following:

I John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

A teacher is the same as a rabbi, but we see that Yahshua has said the following regarding either being called a teacher or calling someone our master (lord).  To have a lord is to have someone lording it over you, like you see in virtually every religious congregation, not just in Christianity but in all religions. Nobody can be 'lord' over you, unless you allow them to be by consenting to their idea that they are somehow your superior.  But any kind of thinking like this, is against the WORD OF LIFE as you see in the following passage spoken by Yahshua:

Matthew 23:8-10 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. :9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. :10 Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.

So honestly, in LIGHT of the truth, we can see that Paul is teaching lies.  Fellowship is such that- FELLOWS getting together to worship and discuss things of the Father and His Son.  It's not about one person being above another, nor people submitting to people.  It's about us being brothers and sisters in the love of Elohim, through Yahshua.

Romans 12:8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

To exhort is to rebuke, admonish or correct.  Who has the right to do that when all true believers have the Holy Ghost within them to do that?  If we have the Holy Ghost, why do we need someone to stand above us as our judge?  The congregations thrive on this very thing- on being brought, by spiritual mainipulation, into subjection to whoever seems to be "oh so wise," or has managed to both pay for and finish Bible school.  What's a piece of paper, awarded by an earthly institution, compared to the FREE Holy Ghost given to all who believe the WORD OF LIFE and keep the commandments of Yahweh?

He that "ruleth" over others, is actually only a fat-headed Pharisee, since Yahshua said, "A CHILD CAN UNDERSTAND."  You never see a child ruling over any congregations.  In fact, you see the well educated, well respected and human selected ruling over the congregations.

What Paul is doing is establishing "the order of things," and giving instruction about how to carry out these orders.  Why?  Doesn't anyone know that being a true believer causes the heart to be all these things that Paul is trying to harness to benefit his establishment?

Romans 12:9 Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

Dissimulation means to disguise ones' true intent- be phony, or hypocritical.  To love without it, means to love in purity of heart, without pretense.  This is all well and good, but like Yahshua said, "WHATEVER THEY TELL YOU DO, DO, but don't be like them, because they are hypocrites."  He was referring to those who "sit in Moses' seat" as though both knowing and DOING the law.

How can one abhor that which is evil if they don't even know what evil is?  How can they cleave to the good if they don't know the difference between good and evil?  As we have seen, the law of Yahweh defines what is good.  Without knowledge of the holy, how can there be any true understanding?  I'm immediately reminded of the following verse:

Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

We know what Paul's definition of evil is: not believing in HIS BRAND OF GOSPEL.  We also know what his definition of good is: BEING FOLLOWERS OF HIMSELF.

Romans 12:10 Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

This is nice, but it is misleading since it's ordering people to be affectionate toward each other.  If someone doesn't feel affection for another, why should it become a "commandment" that they should be anyhow?  That is loving in pretence, and I hate to say it, but the Christian congregations are FULL of pretentious people who feign affection for those they really feel no affection for.  So in one breath, Paul is telling his Roman audience not to be phony, then in the very next, he is telling them to be phony. I don't know if you can see this or not, but I hope you can.  Amein.

Romans 12:11 Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;

Serving what "lord?"  That's my only thought about this one.  If we're listening to PAUL rather than being indwelt by the Word of Truth, by our acceptance of the Word of Yahweh through Yahshua, then who is our lord?  It's Paul.

Romans 12:12-13 Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; :13 Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.

This is another interesting statement.  Very subtly, Paul has taken some of the very sayings of Yahshua and wrapped them around his plug about giving to the "saints," which really means, to the CHURCH.  Good one PAUL.  How many people don't even catch these little things in Paul's writings?  I know I never did before nor did I think twice about them, but when Yahshua opens your eyes, you see.

Romans 12:14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.

Very good Paul.  Except for one thing.  Once more, Paul uses a saying of Yahshua, most likely to lend some sort of authority to his own twisted statements.  He does this often, so I've found.  The problem is, he is speaking against his own SELF, thus exposing his own hypcricy, by using the words of Yahshua.  Like Yahshua said though, His WORDS expose the works of Satan.  Paul may preach that we should bless those who persecute us- to "bless and curse not," but Paul doesn't practice what he preaches.  Here are just a few examples of just how hypocritical this is:

Galatians 1:8-9 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. :9 As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

Bless and curse not?  Yeah, okay Paul.

Romans 12:15-17 Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. :16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits. :17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.

Excellent.  NOT.  Compassion comes naturally, when we are born of Yahweh, by being cleansed by the WORD that cleanses us- when we have repented of breaking Yahweh's commandments and have been redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb.  His love is shed abroad in our hearts, so His merciful nature indwells us, heals us, restores and equips us to be a light to those seeking the same salvation.

Paul instructs his audience to "be likeminded."  Indeed, the Christian church IS likeminded in that most of them are two-faced- lovely, affectionate phonies, who stab each other in the back as soon as they leave the building.  I don't mean to be mean, but it is true.  Paul teaches his followers to be condescending towards "men of low estate."  There is no respect of persons with Yahshua, and in fact, His instruction to His Apostles and disciples, was the following:

Matthew 19:21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.

Yahshua certainly didn't "condescend to men of low estate."  In fact, He loved them more than He loved the Pharisees of so called 'high-birth,' and said as much often.  He came to preach His glad tidings to who?  To the POOR and did so because the world and all its worldly institutions, hates the poor and would rather get rid of them.  Look at this following passage:

Mark 12:38-44 And he said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the marketplaces, :39 And the chief seats in the synagogues, and the uppermost rooms at feasts: :40 Which devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation. :41 And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much. :42 And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing. :43 And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury: :44 For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.

Do you think Yahshua would have taught people to condescend upon the poor?  Not on your life.  In the eyes of Yahshua, the poor widow was more precious than all the rich put together, because of her heart being pure and her willingness to give all she had.  Yahshua continually taught against the condescending attitudes of the Pharisees, yet here is Paul, a PHARISEE, teaching people to be condescending.  Yay.

Paul says, "Recompense no man evil for evil."  Intersting since here's what else Paul teaches, regarding how to treat those whom are perceived as "evil," by his own standard of measure:

I Corinthians 5:5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

Titus 3:10 A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject; 11 Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.

We already know what Paul means by hereticks: those who reject HIMSELF and HIS OWN lawless doctrines.

Romans 12:18-19 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. :19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

I wouldn't even have noticed that Paul is speaking hypocritically, except that I now see Paul in "context."  Paul teaches out of two sides of his face.  I suppose it depends who he's addressing, what kind of twists and curves he throws.  But as we've seen in Romans 11, he is a shapeshifter, after all.

Who is the "lord?"  Is it Yahshua or is it His supposed 'vicars' on the earth?  It appears to be the supposed vicars, since Paul has not only taught that destroying someone's flesh is justifiable, but also calls those who don't follow his lying doctrines, hereticks.  You decide.  Is Paul two-faced, or not?

Romans 12:20-21 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. :21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Wow.  Here's Paul's real attitude towards those of "low estate," eg., the hungry- who obviously, he also deems as an enemy:

II Thessalonians 3:9-12 Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us. :10 For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat. :11 For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies. :12 Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.

Yay again Paul.  Paul has even more to say about the poor:

I Timothy 5:8 But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.

So what is Paul really saying then, in Romans 12:20-21?  He is saying, "Those scum-bags who are nothing but low-life beggars and burdens, are just mangy dogs who are worthless. Therefore, throw them scraps of food and make them KNOW how rotten they really are.  After all, what could they possibly contribute to my great whore church?"  As we saw above, Paul's idea of giving, has everything to do with giving to the CHURCH and nothing to do with caring about the poor, whom Yahshua LOVES.

Again, Yay Paul.  He is as smooth and slippery as a serpent. A few scriptures to contemplate:

Ezekiel 22:25 There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof.

Psalms 10:8 He sitteth in the lurking places of the villages: in the secret places doth he murder the innocent: his eyes are privily set against the poor.
