Romans Chapter Seven

Dead To Yahweh And
Free To Remarry Another?

by Nikki

Romans 7:1-3 Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth? For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.

*NOTE: Paul is specifically addressing those among his audience who know the law, but we need to be careful about what law he's addressing: the Pharisitic Law, or the Law of Yahweh.  Since Paul addressed his audience as brethren, I believe he is addressing both groups: those who know the Pharisitic Law (as Paul was a Pharisee) and they who know and want to remain faithful to the law/Word of Yahweh.  Paul is trying to persuade/seduce all men and women to his own point of view.

Paul is telling his law abiding, Roman audience, that as long as a man lives, the law of Yahweh has dominion over him.  That is not a true statement, in itself, because Yahweh's law is eternal and His Law governs the entire universe, not just man.   But more than this, by His Word, the sun, moon and stars keep their course and the rains fall at His commandment. All things that are, are because He speaks them into being.  If He spoke it, that means His Word caused it.  His Word is His Law. His law doesn't govern a man as long as that man lives, but His Word spoke that man into being, and is sovereign over him, always and forever. Amein. His Word IS the LIFE of that man.  Without it, that man is dead and that's the Law!

Psalms 8:3 When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained . . .

Who Created all things and ordained them (ordered their course), by His Word?  Let's get it straight- It was Yahweh.

Jeremiah 31:35-37 Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name:  If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever. Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.

Who IS Yahweh?  He is Israel's KING, Redeemer and Husband.  His Word/Law Rules the universe and every last thing in it, because all things were Created by Him and all things obey Him.  Why?  Because He is Sovereign.  And whosoever and whatsoever doesn't obey His law- His ordinances (orders) will be destroyed.  Very simple.  Yahweh Rules. What vain man can usurp: change, nullify, make void His Law?

Israel is Yahweh's WIFE forever.

Jeremiah 33:11 The voice of joy, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, Praise the LORD of hosts: for the LORD is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the LORD. For I will cause to return the captivity of the land, as at the first, saith the LORD.

He loves His WIFE with a Jealous love.  He has made a promise to be faithful to Israel forever.  Who is Israel but His Darling Bride whom He WILL save?  How does He save her?  By His Word, which is His Spirit and His Life.  Now can you see why Paul is working so hard to steal that Word of Life from us?  Now can you see where I'm going with this?

Paul is comparing an earthly institution (marriage) to Yahweh and Israel. Paul has declared that the law of Yahweh only rules over a man as long as that man is alive.  As we've discussed in chapter six, Paul's solution was to tell us all we're dead with "Christ" by baptism into His death, thus freed from the law of Yahweh.

One dead, one more to go.  It wasn't enough to kill man, but now Paul suggests Yahweh is dead.

Now, Paul is cleverly giving us the way out of having to be faithful to Yahweh (our Husband).  Paul reasons that the woman (Israel) is only under her husband (Yahweh's) authority (law), as long as her husband is alive. He says that if she marries another man, while he is still alive, then she commits adultery, under the law.  BUT, (saith Paul), if her husband is dead, then she is FREE to remarry another and is not considered an adultress.

Romans 7:4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

Woe. First things first: Yahshua was the Word of Yahweh, made flesh. (John 1:1-14) Yahshua bore the testimony of Yahweh: His Testimony was and is, "Yahweh is true: Worship Him by keeping His commandments and by abiding In Me, who Is His Word, Who IS He (Your Bridegroom). I and My Father are ONE. (John 10:30) The Father, the Word and the Spirit are ONE."

I John 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. (*NOTE to trinitarians: Not three gods in one, but One Sovereign, Holy, Everlasting and LIVING Elohim.)

Paul is seducing Israel to divorce her only Saviour (The Word/Law of Yahweh) and marry another man. Tsk, Tsk oh vain Paul. Paul says, since the law (Yahweh) is dead now, we are free to marry Satan and bring fruit to him too. What does Paul mean by fruit?  He means the praise, glory, honour, love and devotion that only belongs to our husband: Yahweh.  Paul says that since the law (Yahweh) is dead to us; (meaning we have died because his poisonous doctrines killed us), now we are betrothed to another: Satan.  Here's one for you:  If Yahweh is His Word, what/who is Paul?  Perhaps Satan?

Yahshua is not happy about this.  He laid His own body down for the lost sheep of the House of Israel, so that by His Blood and by His Spirit (Word), His wife could be redeemed from her seducers; from antichrist- aka- Jezebel, that horrible, evil woman (Mama Harlot) who hates Yahweh and only wants to destroy His Bride. Paul was full of the spirit of antichrist.  That is why he is seducing the whole world to follow his lies, straight to destruction.

Revelation 2:20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

Yahshua is the bridegroom.  He said:

Matthew 25:1-13 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.  And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.  They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:  But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.  And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.  But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

It's simple.  The oil is the Spirit of Yahweh.  The Light is His Word. The wise had His Word and His Spirit in their vessels (hearts) and knew when it was time to go meet their bridegroom, because they knew His voice.  But the foolish ones didn't have enough oil (Spirit/Word) in their hearts so their lights went out, thus they couldn't see to go out and meet the bridegroom. The wise told them to go get oil (spirit) from the ones who sold it.  While they went to buy it, the bridegroom came and the wise virgins went in with Him to the marriage (New Jerusalem) and the door was shut. Afterward, the five foolish virgins came knocking on the door but the bridegroom told them He didn't know them.

Why didn't He know them? It's because they were not His.  They had sold their birthright for "Paulage."  They had believed another doctrine, rather than the plain Truth. They had broken covenant with Him, thus divorced Him.  They had worshipped another god and worse than that, they did it in His Name. They had made His House (their hearts) a den of thieves instead of a House of Prayer.  They had committed adultery with another god and they had broken His commandments.  Because they didn't want to go through the Door into the Kingdom of Heaven, the Door was shut.  Wake up Oh Israel.  Yahshua is the Door.

Yahweh says:

Jeremiah 5:7 How shall I pardon thee for this? thy children have forsaken me, and sworn by them that are no gods: when I had fed them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops in the harlots' houses.

Yahshua is the Bread that came down from Heaven: The Living Bread- the Bread of Life.  Whoever eats of Him shall never hunger because He will satisfy their souls, forever.  Amein and Hallelu'Yah.

Israel, Yahshua loves you.  Paul hates you.  Make a choice: choose this day, whom you will serve; who you are married to: who you love more.

Romans 7:5-6 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.  But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

Crystal clear to me now, is Paul. When we were in the flesh?  We are still in the flesh.  It's with the flesh of these fingers of mine, that I'm typing this right now.  "The horrible law of Yahweh," saith Paul,  "is the whole reason why we were all sinners. But now we are delivered from that awful law of His, that brought us all into bondage to death."  The newness of spirit Paul talks about, is that freedom from the law, which he calls bondage.  No wonder he thinks it's bondage.  He knows, no matter what, he is bound by the curse of it, because he hates Yahweh with all his being.  He is calling the Law/Word (letter) old and outdated and dead.  Period.  Please don't listen to Paul.  Please listen to the One who loves you.

Yahweh's law, as we have seen, time and time again, so far, in picking apart these letters from Hell, IS our LIFE.  Paul is a liar, who hates the fact that he is condemned already.  He has no way out because he is already judged, and he knows it.  Why does he know it?  Because he is Satan/Lucifer.

Isaiah 14:12-15 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!  For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

Does Paul not sit on the mount of the congregation?  Does he not dictate his lies to the nations in order to destroy them?  Does he not say, in his heart, he is like the Most High?  Does he not call himself the light and salvation of the Gentiles, and to the ends of the earth?

Saith Paul:

Acts 13:47 For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth.

Romans 7:7-8 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet. But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.

Paul asks, "Is the law sin?"  Then he says, "No, it's not sin but because of it, I know sin.  Because of the law, I have these darn consequences which I totally hate!  Because of the law, I'm damned because I hate Yahweh!"  Then Paul says, "That stupid law caused my death, because I am an unrepentant, condemned sinner who will never bow myself to Yahweh."  We know that the Law, is the Word of Yahweh, which is Yahweh's Spirit, thus His Life. That is why Paul cannot stand it.  He has no peace whatsoever and here is why: here is what the Word of Yahweh, which Paul hates, says:

Psalms 140:11 Let not an evil speaker be established in the earth: evil shall hunt the violent man to overthrow him.

Paul cannot escape the judgement since he is already judged.  He is a covetous man of vanity, who wants to be like the Most High and overthrow Him.  He has no peace and it's because he has already been condemned and he knows it.  Now, he is gathering as many of Yahweh's people as he possibly can, into his net, so that they too, can be dead like himself.  Because he knows there is no other way into the Kingdom of Heaven but by the Door, which is the Word of Yahweh, he has devised an alternate route that he thinks will gain him access: his death to the law doctrines.  Yahweh says of Paul:

Habakkuk 2:9 Woe to him that coveteth an evil covetousness to his house, that he may set his nest on high, that he may be delivered from the power of evil!

Paul just finished telling us that he didn't know lust, except that the law says, "Thou shall not covet." Why did he specifically mention that particular commandment?  Perhaps because it was part of the sentence passed upon him, in Isaiah 14:12-15.  Have a look at Paul's next, peculiar statement:

Romans 7:9-10 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died. And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death.

All I can do, is sit here shaking my head, thinking, "Woe." Paul just revealed who he really is.  He really is Satan. When was Paul ever alive once, without the law? When?  Maybe in the Garden of Eden.  When the commandment came, sin revived?  It's like this: When Satan deceived Eve in the Garden of Eden, which was perfect, except for that tree called "The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil."  Adam and Eve were given Yahweh's blessing to eat from every tree in His Garden, except that one tree.  Then the Serpent (called the Devil and Satan), came along and enticed Eve into eating (partaking of) the fruit of that Evil tree: Satan's Lies.

When the commandment came, sin revived in the earth.  I say revived because this is not the first earth age, but that's another story.  Please read the Book of Enoch and the Book of Jasher.
The Serpent was judged and sentenced by Yahweh (the Word) and he died, spiritually.

Genesis 3:14-15 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

This is why Paul said, "The commandment which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death."  You see, only by obedience to the Word of Yahweh, (which gives us Spiritual Life In Him), can we ever have Life.  His Word is His Life and if we are In it, we are alive.  Only breaking Yahweh's Word brings about the curse that is written in His Law.  The Law of Yahweh is a tree of life.  The law of Paul, is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and if we eat of it, Yahweh says we will surely die.

Genesis 3:4-5 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

Yahshua gave us the parable of the wheat and the tares. (Matt. 13:24-30)  He said that the Kingdom of Heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in the field but while men slept (weren't watching), his enemy came along and sowed tares among the wheat then went his way.  Paul came along (publicly) right after the resurrection of Yahshua with a different gospel, thus sowed tares (lies) among the good seed (Truth). Then Paul, once he had successfully sown his lies, deserted the sheep and went into protective custody in Rome, under Roman guard.

When the seed began to spring forth out of the soil, (parable of the sower- Matt.13:18-23), tares (children of Satan) began to spring up among the wheat (children of Yahweh), the Apostles and disciples of Yahshua said, "Didn't you sow good seed (Truth) in the world?  Where did these tares (Liars) come from?  Yahshua told them, an enemy did it.  The disciples and Apostles asked if they should go and rip the lies out- or get rid of the demon-seed, but Yahshua said:

Matthew 13:29-30 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

The bible is where the good and the bad seed is planted.  Together, the seed grows up- side-by-side.  We have the Word of Truth, and then we have Paul.  The reapers are the angels and the harvest is the end of the world.  Yahshua is the True Vine.  Paul is the vine of Satan- the counterfeit vine that chokes the Life right out of us.  That's because he is the antichrist- Satan; the father of lies and father of liars.  It's honestly time to wake up and smell the sulfer, before it's too late: before the Door closes to the Kingdom of Heaven.

Romans 7:11-17 For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me.  Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.  For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.  For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.  If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

Once again, a very confusing statement, that mixes concepts: the law with sin, sin with death; equating the law with death. According to Paul, because of the commandment (Word of Yahweh) his carnal self rebelled and because of the commandments, he was found a sinner, thus sentenced to death. Paul says the commandment slew him. How good is this line of reasoning?  Paul has already revealed to us that the commandment, which was supposed to be for Life, actually causes death (at least it caused his), so his reasoning revolves around the idea that the law is actually bad and leads to death, instead of the Good Path that if followed, leads to life.

Paul says his death was caused by something good. He repeats what he has said many times prior to this: the law was only given so sin could abound, and adds that it was also given to reveal sinfulness.  Paul says, "We know that the law is spiritual."  At least he said one thing that is more true than he probably realized.  The law is more than just spiritual; the law IS Spirit, because it's Yahweh's Word. Yahweh IS a Spirit and thus, ever alive.  His Word/Law, IS Life.  Now Paul reveals that he is carnal: sold under sin. He is carnal, because he is of the earth, not from above.  He is of the earth (earthbound), and has no hope of ever being delivered from "the power of evil," because he is already judged and condemned.

Paul reveals that he is helpless, because of the (sovereign) law, to do those things he wants to do, (like usurp Yahweh's authority) and forced to do those things he hates; eg., stay within the ordained perameters Yahweh's law has confined him by.  Then Paul reasons, that since he does the things he hates (since he has no choice because of the law) then he "consents" by those very actions he doesn't want to do, that the law is good.  What he's really saying, is that he is bound by the law, whether he likes it or not, since Yahweh's Word is Final and THE Authority over all things.

Paul needs a way around this truth, which he cannot stand: the truth that Yahweh's law really is sovereign.  His way around the truth he hates, is to separate his evil actions from the sin (law he hates) that governs him, whether he allows it, or not.  He declares, "It's no longer I that do it, but sin (the law of Yahweh) that dwells in him, that does it."  He is basically saying, "The devil made me do it, and the devil is Yahweh."  This, in Paul's tormented mind, frees him from having to accept his limitations (perameters) that the Law of Yahweh has bound him in.

Paul (Satan) is allowed (By Yahweh) to twist, warp, dilute, shift, try to change and make void the law of Yahweh, by his words, (which are spirit too, albeit evil) but ultimately, he knows that he cannot fully do what he wishes he could do: deceive everyone, and overthrow Yahweh. He also knows that Yahweh is still Sovereign over all people and that regardless how hard Paul tries to ensnare and kill us all, with deadly deceit, Yahweh always keeps a remnant of faithful 'virgins,' (those who have not defiled themselves by fornicating with other 'gods.') who will continue to expose Satan's (Paul's) schemes and threaten his position: his self-exalted position.  He knows, that though he sits on the mount of the congregation now, he has only a short time to carry out his plan: his plan to destroy all mankind, who he hates, since they are made in the image of Yahweh, who he hates even more.

Paul is already judged and condemned.

Jude 1:4 For there are certain men crept in (to the sheepfold) unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

These are fallen ones, who before they were cast into (formed of) the earth, were condemned by Yahweh:

Revelation 12:7-9 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

When did this war in heaven happen?  Job gives us a clue:

Job 24:13-18 They are of those that rebel against the light; (Truth/Law/Word/Spirit/Yahweh) they know not the ways thereof, nor abide in the paths thereof. The murderer rising with the light killeth the poor and needy, and in the night is as a thief. The eye also of the adulterer waiteth for the twilight, saying, No eye shall see me: and disguiseth his face. (He disguises his face by imposing as an Apostle of the Lamb). In the dark they dig through houses, (hearts) which they had marked for themselves in the daytime: (while Yahshua's Spirit/Word/People are here) they know not the light.  For the morning is to them even as the shadow of death: if one know them, they are in the terrors of the shadow of death. He is swift as the waters; their portion is cursed in the earth: he beholdeth not the way of the vineyards.

What an amazing, mind-blowing revelation! What are both Job and Jude telling us?  They are  saying that the evil ones of the earth are they who rebelled previously (In Heaven) against the Light (Word of Yahweh) and are they who don't know His ways nor abide in His Paths (commandments and ordinances).  Before continuing on, lets look at another passage of scripture that gives even more insight into who these one are:

Genesis 6:1-2 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,  That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

Who are the sons of God, mentioned here?  They are the fallen angels who left their first estate (their ordained place) and came down to fornicate with the daughters of men.  They broke Yahweh's commandment and came to the earth, because of their lust, to defile the seed of man- the bloodline of Adam from which Yahshua would come.  They are the reason why Yahweh destroyed all flesh the first time, with a flood, except for Noah and seven others, whose bloodline was still pure and undefiled.  Jude says:

Jude 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

Yahweh has condemned these fallen ones to everlasting chains of darkness, until the judgement day. Job explains that they are earthbound, meaning never knowing nor seeing, nor understanding, nor following the Light. Yahshua called their seed/children out: said, "You are of your father, the devil.  He was a murderer from the beginning." When the LIGHT (Yahshua) arose:  when He came to light the way of all men, by His Word and Spirit, the murderer arose with him; meaning came to- awoke. That was Satan, who was cast out of Heaven with his angels, by Michael, when he and his angels lost the war in Heaven.  Daniel prophesied of this second fall/rise of the evil angels and Satan:

Daniel 2:43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

Do you want to see something absolutely fascinating?

Revelation 9:1-2 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star (angel) fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.

The sun represents Yahshua: the Light, and the air represents breath, which is Spirit- The Spirit of Yahweh- His Word and His Law.  Yahweh's children hear His voice and are quickened; made alive to Yahweh, through His Word.  Satan's angels were released from the bottomless pit, when the Light (Yahshua) rose again.  Yahshua had, by His Blood, cleansed the Kingdom of Heaven (His children) of all evil. His Kingdom is not of this earth, but is of Heaven. Satan through lies (evil word/spirits), attempts to seduce the children of Israel, (Yahweh's WIFE) into committing spiritual fornication/adultery with his unholy, earthbound seed, who were loosed from the bottomless pit; meaning awakened by Satan's voice, and were given power to reak havok in the earth against the children of Yahweh.

The murderer (the father of the evil seed- Satan) arose when he was thrown out of heaven with his angels.  The children of the devil, (all who receive and believe his lies because they hear his voice and cannot hear the voice of the Good Shepherd), come up (arise from) the bottomles pit, which is death) at the voice of their leader that goes forth across the whole earth, awakening them; and guess how?  By Paul's gospel.

Revelation 9:11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon. (A Paul Lion).

Definition taken from the Catholic Encyclopedia:

A Hebrew word signifying:

-ruin, destruction (Job 31:12);
-place of destruction; the Abyss, realm of the dead (Job 26:6; Proverbs 15:11);
-it occurs personified (Apocalypse 9:11) as Abaddon and is rendered in Greek by Apollyon, denoting the angel-prince of hell, the minister of death and author of havoc on earth. The Vulgate renders the Greek Apollyon by the Latin Exterminans (that is, "Destroyer"). The identity of Abaddon with Asmodeus, the demon of impurity, has been asserted, but not proved.
In Job 26:6, and Proverbs 15:11, the word occurs in conjunction with Sheol.

Shaul; Shaulites
(From International Standard Bible Encyclopedia) sha'-ul, sha'-ul-its (sha'ul; Saoul):

(1) A king of Edom (Genesis 36:37 ff. = 1 Chronicles 1:48 ff.).

(2) A son of Simeon (Genesis 46:10; Exodus 6:15; Numbers 26:13; 1 Chronicles 4:24). The clan was of notoriously impure stock, and, therefore, Shaul is called "the son of a Canaanitish woman" (Genesis 46:10; Exodus 6:15); the clan was of mixed Israelite and Canaanitish descent. The patronymic Shaulites is found in Numbers 26:13.

destruction, the Hebrew name (equivalent to the Greek Apollyon, i.e., destroyer) of "the angel of the bottomless pit" (Revelation 9:11). It is rendered "destruction" in Job 28:22; 31:12; 26:6; Proverbs 15:11; 27:20. In the last three of these passages the Revised Version retains the word "Abaddon." We may regard this word as a personification of the idea of destruction, or as sheol, the realm of the dead.

Maybe Saul/Paul of Tarsus is the Antichrist/Satan/Angel of the bottomless pit.  Maybe . . .

Job described the adulterer as one who disguises his face.  Paul has disguised his face all right, behind the mask of "Apostle" of the Lamb.  How many really see him for what he truly is?  He is an adulterer who attributes his lying doctrines to his god, that is no god.  His god is nothing because he thinks he, himself, is God.

Job said that in the dark, they had dug through houses they had marked for themselves, in the daytime.  I think this means, they had been casing the House of Israel to possess it for their own, while Yahshua was here in the flesh.  They, meaning, the children of Satan.  Paul may have been among the Pharisees whom Yahshua constantly rebuked.  Paul may have heard His teachings too.  Who knows?  Maybe, maybe not, the fact is, Paul only used the Name "Yahshua" as a means by which to enter the flock of Yahshua unawares.  He invented his own godless doctrines and centered them around the figure of the one who was slain by a sword then rose again.

I believe the image of the beast (Christianized Rome) is based on Paul's false Jesus and by Paul's false teachings, many do indeed worship the beast- Rome's idea of Religion based on Paul's fake Jesus, and the image of the beast- the false Jesus.

Romans 7:18-21 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.  For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.  Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.  I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.

Paul complains that his flesh is purely evil- in it, dwells nothing good, because to will is present, meaning the 'will to do' is there, but he can't do good.  He blames the fact that he does evil on his flesh too.  So, reasons Paul, since he doesn't want to do evil yet does and wants to do good but can't, it's because of the sin that lives within his flesh.  Not only that, but Paul finds another 'law' at work: when he wants to do good, he cannot since evil is present with him.

What is that evil that is present with Paul?  Maybe it's himself.  He says it's not he who does evil but sin that does it in him.  Could he, once again, be referring to the law of Yahweh, that keeps him constantly in torment because he can't get out of its bondage?  Could he be referring to the evil spirits that harrass him like that evil spirit harrassed King Saul?

Romans 7:22-25 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:  But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.  O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

Paul sees a lot of laws around everything doesn't he?

The Law of "Evil being present with him when he wants to do good"
The Law of "Delighting in the law of God internally"
The Law of "His members warring against"
The Law of "His mind" which brings him into captivity to
The Law of "Sin" that is in his members.

That's a lot more laws than I can get my mind around!  I have four words for Paul: "Get the Ruach Ha Kodesh!"

None of us can walk a straight line without stumbling sometimes, but all these laws Paul has just spewed out, truly grieve me.  His entire tirade began with his resolution that he is dead because the law of Yahweh killed him.  Now, even though he says he is dead to the law and thus freed from its bondage, he's totally tormented.

He finally ends this chapter, which began by telling us that if our husband (Yahweh) is dead, which He is, since the law (His Word) died with Christ, we are freed from His bondage.  Because our Husband is dead, we are free to marry another man: Satan.  Paul ends his chapter by asking, "O wretched man that I am!  Who shall save me from the body of this death?"

That question alone is hard to even understand.  What does he mean by "the body of this death?"  I guess he means the chains of darkness he is held down by, since he is Satan after all. Then Paul exclaims, gladly, "I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin."

In other words, Paul is thanking God for dying (and staying dead) because that means the law is dead too, so now he is free to serve the law of God in his mind and the law of sin with with his flesh. "If God is dead, there is no law.  Where there is no law, there is no sin", saith Paul.

But even after trying to make sense of Paul's ramblings, I still can't really tell you what the guy's saying.  His thoughts jump all over the place in this chapter, causing much confusion.  He is truly the minister of death and the author of havoc on the earth.
